Cancellation Policy

Please make sure you receive an appointment confirmation by text or email. If you do not receive one please call us to verify your scheduling is complete. 423-855-4888 x6.

Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment requires a 12 (Business) hour notice to avoid losing the $25.00 deposit fee.

Not showing up, or cancelling-rescheduling with less than a 3 (Business) hour notice will result in you being charged $45.

It is your responsibility to make sure that we receive your cancellation. (Business) refers to our open hours. Cancellations sent when we are closed do not start counting until we open.

If you are assessed a fee for violating this policy it must be paid prior to future bookings or you will be charged our regular price for future services.

Therapy time is approximately 5 minutes less than scheduled appointment time. Therapy time includes any necessary consultation with your therapist. If you have not completed your required health intake form prior to your scheduled time your actual therapy time will be reduced. As you have probably noticed we are very busy. On occasion we can run a few minutes behind schedule. If it is our delay your therapy time will not be reduced. Traffic is never our fault. If you are late for your scheduled appointment time your therapy time will be reduced. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
